Singing Day in Zülpich
Venue: St. Martins Church community centre
Since 2009 the team from the women’s educational centre Frauenbildungshaus Zülpich (in Zülpich-Lövenich) have invited me to cooperate with them in organizing a Singing Day. At this event we sing power songs and healing songs, which are easy to sing along to. The sound of these songs, varying from meditative to rousing, is particularly suited to this special room in the former St.Martin’s Church.
The first Singing Day took place on Frauenbildungshaus Zülpich’s 30th anniversary. This was so impressive that it became an annual event. Many participants enjoy the midday buffet provided by the Zülpich kitchen. Usually the Singing Day is in May.
